TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acknowledge that hospitals listed on the platform are herein referred to as Health service
Acknowledge and understand that Pristinehealthservices is an e-Health platform that
connects clients with health service providers.
Acknowledge and understand that Pristinehealthservices is not involved in clinical
management of client’s condition and/or procedure.
Accept to offer patient-centred services; demonstrate highest level of professionalism; and
treat client with dignity and respect on behalf of Pristinehealthservices.
Accept to uphold optimal service standards at all times.
Acknowledge and understand that health service provider may be unlisted or blocked from
the platform if it comprises on standard of care.
Acknowledge and understand that Pristinehealthservices manages the list of procedures and
conditions on the platform; but welcomes suggestions and/or comments from health service
Acknowledge and understand that the cost of care plan for procedures and conditions on
the platform is regulated by Pristinehealthservices and may be reviewed according to
market changes at anytime without prior notice.
Acknowledge and accept that 10 percent of the cost of care plan will be deducted by
Pristinehealthservices for brokerage charge and 90 percent will be paid to health service
provider’s designated bank account for its services in two tranches; the first tranche of 50
percent paid within 24 hours of client presentation and second tranche of 40 percent paid
within 72 hours after client has undergone treatment.
Acknowledge and accept that the cost of care plan covers for the length of hospital stay,
basic laboratory tests, treatment of condition or procedure and essential medications.
Acknowledge and understand that additional charges may be incurred by client in the event
of an unintended complication after treatment.
Acknowledge and understand that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure optimisation
of his/her clinical state before undergoing a procedure or treatment of any condition.
In the event of any dispute between health service provider and client, the two parties
should make effort to resolve their differences.
In the event of unresolved dispute between health service provider and client, the health
service provider may follow the complaint procedure.
